Dear Valued Customers & Friends,
We want to send our love to all of you and hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. MiaDonna is, as always, committed to protecting the well-being of our customers, our team and our community. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and our paramount concern is everyone's health and safety.
Based on what we know now, we would like to provide a few pieces of information that may impact you, your purchase and your interactions with our team.
Customer Service & Personal Shoppers:
Our customer service team and Personal Shoppers are working remotely and at a limited capacity in-store and will be available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm PST to answer phones, respond to emails & live chat, arrange product shipments and in-store pick-ups. If a mandatory store closure occurs, we will keep these same hours and work 100% remotely for the safety of our staff and customers in compliance with government ordinances.
Order Processing:
As of now, we are receiving and processing orders, but are not casting new jewelry pieces until our production facility reopens in the coming weeks. You will receive an email from our customer service team once your new order is received so you know it has been processed. Once we reopen our production facilities we will begin work on all orders in the order in which they were received as quickly as possible. All teams and facilities are following the safety and cleanliness guidelines set forth by the CDC.
Order Shipping:
Unless we receive a complete operational shutdown order in the state of Oregon, all Home Try-On orders, and anything from our Ready to Ship or Sale section can be shipped out within 48 business hours of when it was received. We will notify customers individually of any delays.
We are thankful for your support of MiaDonna and appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to adapt to the changing environment. We wish everyone the very best in the coming days and weeks and look forward to sharing incredible moments of love together when we return to regular business operations.
