How long will it take to get my order?

To ensure the highest quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order to your specifications, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is received and processed, it will take 10-15 business days to craft the jewelry. Once completed, your order ships domestically via UPS 2-Day Air or internationally in approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination country.

Ready-to-Ship items are pre-crafted and will ship the same business day with free 2-day shipping (domestic) if ordered before 11:00 am PST, Monday through Friday. Rings needing to be resized will require two days of additional processing time. Next-day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

Loose Stones ship in approximately 5 business days from order. Learn more about our metal options to determine which choice is right for you.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically to all 50 States in the U.S. and Internationally to over 30 countries around the world. We commonly ship to Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and many others. Click here for a full list of shipping destinations.

What are your shipping rates and options?

Every order shipping within the USA automatically qualifies for free highly-insured, signature-required UPS 2-Day Air shipping. International orders are shipped via highly-insured, signature-required via FedEx International Priority shipping. International recipients are responsible for paying the Duty and Customs charges that may be applied at entry into your country.

Please contact your local Customs Department with questions about additional fees and processes regarding your order from MiaDonna. Below is a breakdown of the shipping options and rates you'll be provided upon checkout.

** We only ship Monday through Thursday for Priority Overnight shipping. However, Saturday delivery is available upon request for $70.00USD when shipping out on a Friday.

At MiaDonna, we pride ourselves on providing a unique shopping experience, from the moment you're introduced to our brand to the first time you put on your jewelry.

Your jewelry will be delivered to you with the following items included:

- Copy of your order receipt and welcome information

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna, which is why we offer an easy 30-day return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery refund or exchange. Please note the following items cannot be returned:
1. Custom Jewelry
2. Sale items
3. Any item(s) with custom engraving

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:
1. The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
2. Original invoice and packaging

We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.

Only one return/exchange is allowed per customer as we must limit overhead costs to protect our foundation's funding. View return policy here.

Is my personal information secure?

All online credit card transactions with MiaDonna.com are secure.
We do not store credit card numbers.
We use a 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layering (SSL), industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
You may also purchase online merchandise by calling us at 503-336-1581 during store hours.

How do I change my order after it is placed?

If you realize you made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 503-336-1581 or email info@miadonna.com to discuss your options. Please have your order number ready.

Do you offer online financing?

We offer a variety of excellent online financing services through our partners:

1) BreadPay allows you to finance your purchase over 3, 12, 18, 24, or 36 months. Bread does not require a hard credit check for approval and will not impact your credit score. Click here to see your rate and learn more about our financing option.
