MiaDonna offers complimentary center or side stone tightening at any point post-purchase, with a complimentary polish (excludes shipping).

MiaDonna offers complimentary professional ring cleaning at any point post-purchase (polish is an additional cost, excludes shipping).

How it Works

Simply contact a MiaDonna personal shopper via email at help@miadonna.com or via phone on 503.336.1581 to organize your complimentary ring resizing, stone replacement, or stone tightening. All shipping costs are at the customer's expense and not provided as part of any complimentary service. If you resize your ring at the time of your purchase, any subsequent resizes will be subject to fees.

Custom, sale, engraved, modified styles, or changes requiring additional metal will be subject to additional fees. Please note not all ring styles can be resized. If you are within 30 days of purchase, you may return or exchange your item for an alternative style/size, according to our return policy.
