For your protection, we will always:

• Insure and register your jewelry for its full value.
• Require that all deliveries be made to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box.
• Require a signature on all packages over $100.

Free 2-Day Shipping within the continental United States

Every order shipped to a registered delivery address within the continental United States automatically receives FREE highly-insured, signature required UPS 2-Business Day Air shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Your package will require a signature for delivery. Please contact us with an alternate shipping address prior to shipment if the address it is currently going to will not have someone over the age of 21 to sign for it, as the high-value insurance will not allow you to change the UPS delivery options.

International orders are shipped highly insured and signature required via FedEx International Priority shipping, and on average take 1-2 days to arrive in the delivery country. Please note it can take up to 10 days for local customs to release international orders. All international shipments are subject to the laws set forth by that country's Customs Department.

Duty, Customs & Tax - The recipient is responsible for paying duties, customs fees, and/or local taxes that may be applied at the time of entry into your country. Unfortunately we have no control over this process, however, you can contact your local Customs Department or representative with any questions or concerns regarding the release of your order.

Loose Stone Orders

In-stock loose Diamond Hybrid® and Lab-Created Gemstone purchases typically ship within 48 business hours and in-stock loose Lab-Grown Diamonds typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase.

Certified Grading Card Orders

If you choose to add the Certified Grading Card to your Diamond Hybrid® order, it will be shipped to an independent lab for testing once we finish handcrafting your jewelry. They will take an image of your jewelry and grade your stone, using the same qualifiers as earth mined diamonds. Your jewelry is then shipped to you. This process will take approximately one additional week.

Gifts & Presents

If your MiaDonna purchase is a gift and you want to keep it a surprise, we can ship your order to another specified location. Please make a reference in the customer notes section at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm the alternate address over the phone for security purposes.

All orders will come with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
