RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following policies apply to all domestic and international returns:

Timeline: Returns may be requested by you within the 60-day return window, calculated from the time your original order shipped. Requests for returns outside of the 60-day return window will not be approved. Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to ship your return.

Condition: All items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, and must include all original documentation.

Accessories: Returns must include all free accessories. These include any gift bags, jewelry boxes, jewelry cleaners, or Free Gift with Purchase that were included in the original shipment. Should a Free Gift with Purchase not be included in the return, the retail value of the Free Gift will be withheld from the refund.

Certificates: Returned jewelry and/or diamonds must include the lab grown diamond certificate (where applicable). A $50 replacement fee will apply for each missing certificate.

Address Finalization: For security purposes, the shipping address cannot be changed or re-directed once your order has been placed. Please ensure the address is correct at checkout.

Eligible Items & Refunds: All Ready-to-Ship items, Made-to-Order items, loose stones, Custom Jewelry, and Special Orders, including engraved items, may be returned.

Most items will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Custom jewelry and special orders will be refunded to store credit only. Store credit may be applied toward a subsequent custom or special order one time; after that, the purchase is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Ineligible Items: The following items will not be accepted for return, and refunds will not be given.

  • Orders outside their 60-day return window.
  • Items that have been engraved, altered, modified, repaired, or re-sized by any other party other than MiaDonna or its affiliates.
  • Jewelry or loose stones showing wear, damage, or signs of setting.
  • Final Sale items (disclosed on the product detail page or by store associate)
  • Packages without a Return Authorization Number (RA Number)
  • Packages refused upon delivery

HOW TO RETURN

Requests for return must be made within the 60-day return policy, calculated from the date your order shipped.

Initiate Your Return: Contact Us via phone, chat, or email with your order number, plus the name and billing email address used for the original order. Let us know the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Your RA Number and Shipping Label: We will send you a Return Authorization Number, a pre-paid return shipping label, and detailed return instructions. The label must be used within 7 days of receipt.

Package Securely: Ensure you follow these steps to package your return.

  • Place your jewelry in the original jewelry box that arrived with your jewelry.
  • Include all original packaging, return order form, Free Gifts, and diamond or jewelry certificates (if originally included). If a certificate is not included with your return, $50 will be deducted from your refund. If a Free Gift is not included with your return, the retail value of the Free Gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • Place the jewelry, jewelry box, and all other materials inside a shipping box. We recommend that you use your original shipping box from MiaDonna. If you no longer have the original shipping box, we recommend that you obtain a FedEx medium sized box.
  • Seal the shipping box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.
  • Affix the label to the outside of the box.
  • Security Note: For security purposes, address the package to "MD Returns" only—do not reference “MiaDonna”, "diamonds", or "jewelry" anywhere on the package.

Ship: You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

  • MiaDonna and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.
  • Ensure you get a receipt as this is your proof of shipment.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to verify that the items are unworn, undamaged, and in new condition. They will also ensure that all Free Gifts and certificates are included before processing the refund.

  • Refund Type: Most items will be refunded to your original form of payment. Custom jewelry and special orders will be refunded to store credit only.
  • Processing Time: Receipt and inspection of your return may take up to 5 business days after it is received at our facility.
  • Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, the refund will be reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days after processing (bank processing times may vary).
  • Other Payments Methods: Refunds for other payment methods (PayPal, Bread Financing, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) will be issued back to the original method of payment. For bank wire, cash, or other special processing payments, a check will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International guests must follow the steps above, plus the following for customs clearance:

  • Carrier: Returns must use the pre-paid FedEx return shipping label we provide.
  • Documentation: You must print, sign, and include the following documents:
    • Foreign Shipper's Declaration for Returned Goods
    • Three copies of FedEx Airway Bill
    • Three copies of the Export Commercial Invoice
  • Outer Box Marking: Clearly write “Return of U.S. Goods” on both the invoice and the outer shipping box.
  • Customs Warning: These documents are required by U.S. Customs. Missing, incomplete, or unsigned documents may delay your refund and could result in duties and taxes being deducted from the total refund amount.
