Because the MiaDonna simulated diamond hybrid has an outer layer of infused diamond, its index of refraction(2.42) and Fire/light dispersion(0.044) is optically identical to a natural diamond. MiaDonna diamond hybrids also have an outer layer hardness of 9.6 to 9.7 on the Mohs Scale and an overall hardness of 9.1 making the MiaDonna simulated diamond hybrid the hardest diamond simulant in the market today.

This third party grading report rates your MiaDonna stone using the identical qualifiers used to rate earth mined diamonds and the GGL confirms our claims to have an infusion of man made diamond on the outer layer of our diamond hybrid.
