• Is shipping included?
  • Yes.
  • Domestic: Orders shipped via 2 day UPS with full insurance for FREE.
  • International: Alaska & Hawaii: Orders will ship via Fedex with full insurance for a minimal fee.
• How will I know my order has shipped?
  • You will receive an email confirming shipment from Miadonna&Co when your order ships.
• How long will it take for my ring to ship?
  • It will take 10 days to make your jewelry and 2 days for delivery. Exceptions may apply for Custom and International Orders.
• Will I need to sign for my Order?
  • All orders require a signature from a person over 21 years of age.

• When will my credit card be charged?
  • Every order is verified manually. This process is normally completed within 48 hours.
• What are my payment options?
  • Visa, Master Card, Discover, Google Checkout, and PayPal. American Express customers please use Google Checkout or PayPal.
• Is there a sales tax?
  • We do not charge our customers a sales tax.
• Are there any extra fees?
  • We do not charge additional fees.

• Can I get a colored MiaDonna Simulated Diamond Hybrid?
  • We do have limited quantities of Vivid Pink and Fancy Yellow Colored stones available in different shapes and sizes. Please call us at 1-866-99-MY-MIA or email your request to info@miadonna.com.
• Can I buy a Lab Created Gemstone or a Man Made Diamond, instead of a MiaDonna Simulated Diamond Hybrid®?
  • Yes, we offer a full line of Chatham Lab Created Rubies, Blue and Pink Sapphires, Emeralds and Alexandrite as well as many Man Made (grown) diamonds. Please call 1-866-99-MY-MIA or email your request to info@miadonna.com.
• Can I customize this Ring?
  • Yes, you can customize anything you want. Please call 1-866-99-My-Mia or email your request to info@miadonna.com.
• What metals do you use?
  • Eco friendly recycled solid 14K gold and 18K gold in White, Yellow and Rose. Pure 950 Palladium and Pure 950 Platinum.
• What are my side stone options?
  • Natural diamonds in sizes under .20 carat in G/H color come set in every ring automatically.
  • Lab Created (grown) Gemstones Rubies, Sapphires, Emeralds and Alexandrite.
  • Super Premium AAA Cubic Zirconia in white or a variety of colors.
  • Man Made (grown) diamonds depending on availability of stock.

  • The MiaDonna Diamond hybrid® is a simulated diamond created using a form of patented man made diamond infused on top of a crystal core.

  • MiaDonna's line of Lab Created gemstones are the highest quality gemstones available created with the identical physical, chemical, and optical properties to earthmined gemstones.These are grown gemstones produced by globally recognized grower Chatham™
• What is Man Made Diamond?
  • These are real diamond that were grown in a lab environment. The posses the same physical, optical and chemical properties of earth mined diamonds. MiaDonna's man made diamonds are produced by globally recognized growers Gemesis™ and Chatham™.

Guarantee/Returns

• What are the Guarantees and Insurance Policies offered?
  • We offer a Complementary unintentional damage Insurance Policy, a Theft, Loss and Damage policy as well as a limited Lifetime Guarantee. For more info on our policy’s please visit the FAQ’s.
• What is the 15 day “In Your Hands” trial period?
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item free of custom engraving, alterations or custom orders, in its original condition within 15 days of the date of delivery for a no questions asked refund or exchange.
• How do I make a return?
  • All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:
  • The return policy tag still attached.
  • Original invoice.
  • Warranty card.
  • We do not refund shipping or appraisal card costs, since shipping is free on all domestic purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus $25.00 original shipping fee. Once you have requested a refund you will receive an email with a list of full instruction to complete the process.
